Serenity Uniform & Merchandise

Merchandise orders are placed in batches throughout the term. You will be notified when your order is ready to collect in class. 

Uniform & shoe orders are despatched Monday to Friday (excl. Bank Holidays).
Please allow up to 24 business hours (1 business day) from when your order is placed for it to be despatched. Orders placed after 1pm will be despatched on the next working day.

Merchandise orders will receive an invoice for your order where you will pay via Direct Debit. All orders are handed out in class, so no delivery charge is added!

Uniform & shoe order payments are available for card & PayPal transactions. 

Standard delivery will be charged at £3.99. Standard delivery orders are sent on a 48 hour, tracked service with Royal Mail. 

Of course! Size options are provided for all uniform, shoe and merchandise orders. If you're unsure which size would be most suitable, please get in touch before placing your order and we'll do our best to help you choose the correct size.

Our merchandise is custom-made to order, which means we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing or changes of mind. Please double-check your order details before submitting your request.

If there is a problem with your order, such as a manufacturing fault or incorrect item, please get in touch within 14 days and we will be happy to help arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Uniform & shoe orders offer a no quibble 28 day returns guarantee for any reason for a full refund. We do not offer an exchange service, if you require an alternative item we kindly ask that you place a new order through the website. For more information, check out the Uniform & Shoes website!
